Accessibility color settings

The Good:
- all settings can be viewed at one glance
The Bad:
- orphaned border settings
- dialog is vertically too large
- results in very large default minimum size for the whole settings window
- cut off slider buttons
- inconsistent color mode group
- busy dialog with information overload
Revised accessibility dialog
Suggested changes:
- put border settings in one separate group
- put selection of color modes in a drop down
Rationale: The HIG advise to use radio buttons only for up to three entries. For four and more entries, drop downs should be used.
The Good:
- cleaner, less busy dialog
- well grouped settings
- smaller vertical dialog size
- bottom of the dialog leaves space for more information about the selected color mode
The Bad:
- Getting an overview of available color modes is slightly harder and needs a few more steps
Initial dialog view, no changes made by user.
